Terms of Service

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business, and "you" includes the business.

2. Our services and project agreements

Sultio designs, builds, and supports websites, apps, and automations, and provides website care and maintenance. Descriptions on the Site are general and may change.

Submitting a form, booking a consultation, or receiving a quote does not create a contract. Any project we take on will be governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement) signed or accepted by both parties. That agreement covers scope, price, payment, timelines, ownership, and support. If it conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls. Billing questions from clients can be sent to billing@sultio.com.

3. Consultations and quotes

Consultations are free and carry no obligation. We may decline or reschedule a consultation at our discretion. Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Consultations are scheduled through a third-party tool (Cal.com), whose terms also apply to your booking.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful
• Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or book consultations you don't intend to attend
• Send spam or automated submissions, or try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site
• Upload or send malware or any content that infringes someone else's rights
• Copy, scrape, or reuse Site content except as these Terms allow

5. Information you submit and feedback

You're responsible for the information you submit and confirm it's accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information through the Site.

If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Site or our services, we may use them without any obligation to you. This doesn't give us any rights to your project materials, which are covered by your project agreement.

6. Electronic communications

By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to receive communications from us electronically, such as emails and notices on the Site. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. Text messages are sent only if you opt in, as described below.

7. SMS program terms

If you opt in on our website, Sultio will send text messages about your inquiry, consultation, and project, such as scheduling reminders and follow-ups.

• Consent is optional and not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You'll receive one message confirming you've opted out.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@sultio.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Sultio or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site pages for personal or internal business purposes. You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each project agreement.

9. Portfolio and client work

Client websites and screenshots shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission, for portfolio purposes only. If you're a client and want something removed, email info@sultio.com and we'll take care of it. Any testimonials reflect individual experiences; results vary by project.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@sultio.com or to the mailing address below. Include: your contact information; a description of the work you believe is infringed; the page address where the material appears; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

11. Third-party sites and tools

The Site links to and uses third-party websites and services, including client websites, our scheduling tool, and analytics or advertising tools you may allow through cookies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Examples, descriptions, and estimates on the Site are illustrative and are not promises of any specific result. Warranties for client work, if any, are set out only in the project agreement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sultio and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These limits don't apply to work under a project agreement, which has its own terms.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Sultio harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes someone else's rights.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site, or refuse or cancel a consultation, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are misusing the Site. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

16. Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@sultio.com. We'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Changes apply from that date. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about your use of the Site. Project agreements govern client work.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver. Not enforcing a provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Notices. We may give notices by email or by posting on the Site. You can send notices to us at the address below.
