When you submit a form, we store your IP address and browser details with your submission as a record of any consent you gave. If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, those tools also collect usage information as described in our Cookie Policy.
Information from others

- To keep the site secure, prevent spam, fraud, and abuse, and fix problems
- To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements
How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as Google Workspace (email and calendar), Cal.com (scheduling), our website hosting provider, and messaging providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, only if you allow analytics or marketing cookies.
- Professional advisors, such as accountants and lawyers, when needed.
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of you, us, or others.
- Business transfers, if Sultio is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

"Selling" and "sharing"
We do not sell personal information for money. If you allow marketing cookies, advertising partners may collect information about your visit to measure and personalize ads. California law may treat this as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. It happens only if you opt in, and you can stop it at any time through or by using a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box to receive text messages, we'll text you about your inquiry, consultation, and project. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We will not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages, and is never sold or rented. See the SMS terms in our Terms of Service.
Emails
We send service emails, such as booking confirmations and replies to your inquiry. Automated notices come from notifications@sultio.com. If we send marketing emails, each one will include an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by emailing privacy@sultio.com. You'll still receive service emails about work you've requested.
Cookies, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control
We use essential cookies to run the site. Analytics and marketing cookies load only if you opt in, and you can change your choice at any time in . Details are in our Cookie Policy.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of analytics and marketing cookies and of "sharing." Because there is no common standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, we don't respond to them separately, but GPC and our cookie controls give you the same choice.
How long we keep information
- Inquiries that don't become projects: up to 2 years after our last contact
- Client and project records: for the length of our relationship plus 7 years, for tax and legal purposes
- SMS consent and opt-out records: 5 years after your last message from us
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of our analytics provider, no longer than 14 months
We may keep information longer if required by law or to resolve a dispute, then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), two-step verification and access controls on our accounts, and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your information, we'll notify you as required by law.
Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you and how we use it
- Give you a copy of it
- Correct it if it's wrong
- Delete it, unless we need to keep it for a legal or business reason we'll explain
- Stop sharing it for advertising, and stop sending you marketing messages
To make a request, email privacy@sultio.com or write to us at the address below. We'll confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. To protect your information, we'll verify your identity by matching details you give us with what we have. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that they're allowed to act for you. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
California residents. California law gives you the rights above, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sharing" and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (which we don't collect). Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may also ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. We don't.

When we build or run websites, apps, or automations for a client, we may process personal information on that client's behalf, such as their customers' form submissions, messages, or call recordings and transcripts. We handle that information only to provide the services, under our agreement with the client. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business about your information; we'll help them respond.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults, and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
